Description
Creamy, velvety tomato-butter gravy infused with warm spices and cubes of
soft paneer cheese. Rich, luxurious, and deeply comforting. Perfect with
naan or rice.
Ingredients
- 250g paneer (cubed)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 0.5 cup cream
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- Fresh cilantro
Steps
- Melt butter, sauté onion until soft.
- Add ginger-garlic paste; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato puree; simmer 8–10 mins.
- Add spices, salt, and sugar; cook until thick and glossy.
- Add paneer cubes and gently coat.
- Pour in cream, simmer 5 mins on low.
- Garnish with cilantro; serve with naan or rice.
