Description

  1. Melt butter, sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato puree; simmer 8–10 mins.
  4. Add spices, salt, and sugar; cook until thick and glossy.
  5. Add paneer cubes and gently coat.
  6. Pour in cream, simmer 5 mins on low.
  7. Garnish with cilantro; serve with naan or rice.
